What is Premium Hemp CBD Extract?
Premium hemp CBD extract is becoming increasingly recognized as an alternative remedy for a wide range of needs. Our products at Rush Remedies are made with premium hemp CBD extract, carefully derived from specific cultivars of hemp that contain an abundance of cannabinoids.
Although cannabidiol (CBD) is in the title of our extract and found in highly concentrated amounts in our products, there are actually dozens of cannabinoids found in hemp. Each cannabinoid has shown many benefits in studies, although much further research must be conducted to fully understand the myriad of benefits cannabinoids can provide. We choose to make all our products with premium hemp CBD extract, which includes all of the cannabinoids found in the plant, so you don’t miss out on any of the benefits.
It is important to know that hemp does not produce an altered state of consciousness because the levels of THC are far too low; however, it is important to not confuse hemp seed oil with premium hemp CBD extract.
In addition to the dozens of cannabinoids, premium hemp CBD extract is a non-psychoactive combination of essential vitamins and minerals, omega fatty acids, lipids, terpenes, flavonoids, chlorophyll, and protein. It is responsible for many of the health benefits attributed to cannabis.
By formulating our products with pure, premium hemp CBD extract, we ensure that all the cannabinoids naturally found in the plant are in the hemp oil you buy from us. This also allows the cannabinoids to interact with the endocannabinoid system in what has become known as the entourage effect: when all the ingredients in hemp oil, including the terpenes, vitamins, and range of cannabinoids are allowed to work with the body naturally, as they would in the natural plant. Our proprietary premium hemp CBD extract formulations are cultivated from the highest quality ingredients and are consistently tested for their potency and purity.
We do not sell marijuana or any products that contain more THC than the legal amount which is less than 0.3%.
What does CBD stand for?
CBD is short for Cannabidiol
How do you say or pronounce Cannabidiol?
Will premium hemp CBD extract get me high?
Hemp-derived CBD does not appear to have any psychoactive effects such as those caused by tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). It may even have a down-regulating impact on disordered thinking and anxiety.
Premium hemp CBD extract is non-psychoactive because it does not act on the same pathways as THC. These pathways, called CB1 receptors, are highly concentrated in the brain and are responsible for the mind-altering effects of THC.
A 2011 review published in Current Drug Safety concludes that premium hemp CBD extract “does not interfere with several psychomotor and psychological functions.” Furthermore, the authors add that several studies suggest that premium hemp CBD extract is “well tolerated and safe” even at high doses.
How does premium hemp CBD extract make you feel?
Premium hemp CBD extract does not get you “high” in the traditional sense of smoking, vaping, or ingesting marijuana that contains high levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). THC is what causes the “hazy”, “stoned,” euphoric, sometimes mind-altering thoughts and feelings that are typically associated with marijuana use. These do not apply to premium hemp CBD extract usage.
There are many people who ingest or take premium hemp CBD extract
as a nutritional supplement or medicinal alternative who claim to feel a heightened sense of relaxation after taking their daily premium hemp CBD extract
serving. “A soothing calmness,” notes one anonymous online reviewer. Others refer to it as a “light” feeling.
Is it linked to a state of mind? Awareness of doing something good for yourself? Something along the lines of the placebo effect? Well, turns out, it’s just a little science.
The biological and scientific reasons that THC gets you “high” and premium hemp CBD extract
does not, can be found by learning about the endocannabinoid system.
NOTE: Although premium hemp CBD extract
does not have any psychoactive effects, just like introducing anything new into your body you can have some mild reactions much like how a heavy meal can make you sleepy or sugar and carbs can give you a Rush (no pun intended). If you are concerned, please contact your health professional before starting any new supplementation.
Will CBD make me fail a drug test?
Drug tests are looking to find traces of THC, not CBD. However, that doesn’t mean you’re in the clear. Some CBD oils out there do include tiny amounts of THC. But is that enough to make you fail a drug test? The answer is yes, but only if you ingest a whole lot of CBD oil.
How much would you need to ingest for CBD oil to show up on a drug test?
If a person were to consume anywhere from 1000 to 2000 mg of CBD in a day, that would be enough to result in a positive for marijuana on a drug test. However, it would be a false positive. And if the sample were to undergo a GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) test to verify if it’s actually positive, it would then be found to be negative as those particular tests are more accurate and do not detect CBD or other cannabinoids.
NOTE: Long story short, if you follow our recommended daily servings, you will not be taking in enough THC to fail a drug test.

How is our premium hemp CBD extract obtained?
We are involved in all aspects of how our hemp oil is made and we closely monitor every step of the production and farming process.
In order to make the highest quality premium hemp CBD extract products, we have to start by making sure that our hemp’s quality is second-to-none. That is why we are the hemp cultivator, and all of our hemp is grown for its elevated cannabidiol (CBD) content. Our special high-CBD hemp plants are sustainably grown and harvested in sunny Colorado.
Once harvested, our hemp is carefully processed and undergoes testing for purity and CBD content. The result is a premium quality and ultra-concentrated premium hemp CBD extract.
Our commitment to the environment is one of the cornerstones of our mission to bring premium hemp CBD extract to the world. We believe in sustainable agriculture and growing non-GMO, all-natural crops.
We grow our hemp using organic farming practices so there is no need for toxic fertilizers or pesticides. Hemp is naturally resistant to pests and can be easily cultivated without harmful pesticides.
That commitment to the environment and sustainable farming continues with our irrigation. Our state-of-the-art drip irrigation allows for very little water waste. Drip irrigation is up to 40% more efficient than other irrigation methods. By applying water directly to the plant we have eliminated the possibilities for runoff and water evaporation.
